Hot Pepper Jelly 300g
The classic chilli pepper jelly. Just right with strong cheese and hot or cold meat, in sandwiches, stir fries, marinades and dips. Try it neat on toast too!
Extremely Hot Pepper Jelly 300g
The classic chilli pepper jelly but even more spicy. Just right with strong cheese and hot or cold meat, in sandwiches, stir fries, marinades and dips. Cooking doesn’t get hotter than this.
Hot Mint Jelly 300g
Superb blend of hot chillies and cool mint – perfect with lamb, potatoes or peas. In yoghurt as a dip or chilled with fresh pineapple.
Hot Apple & Sage Jelly 300g
Really fruity with a chilli bite, guaranteed to spice up your sausages. With chicken or pork too.
Hot Redcurrant Jelly 300g
Loads of redcurrants, a good measure of chillies and a hint of rosemary. It goes with lamb of course but quite exciting in a fruit salad.
Hot Lime & Green Pepper Jelly 300g
Tangy and zingy with limes and chillies. On tiger prawns on the barbecue, with fish cakes or on vanilla cheesecake.
Hot Pear Chutney 285g
Very aromatic and fruity with a delicious mix of spices and chillies. Ideal with cheese and hot or cold meat.
Very Hot Mango Chutney 285g
Try this with thick cut ham, strong blue cheese or with a poppadum. Made with chunks of mango and a secret blend of spices.
Hot mmMarmalade 300g
Traditional Seville orange marmalade, dark and rich, but with chillies. On toast, in ice cream or bread and butter pudding. With sausages too.
Hot Rhubarb & Ginger Jam 300g
New this year and very delicious. As a relish as much as a jam, so with meat or cheese or in a steamed sponge pudding.
Hot Cranberry Jelly 300g
Award-winning cranberry jelly like no other. Perky up your turkey or layer onto a baked camembert.
Saucish 300g
This is the latest scorcher from the chilli daredevils. In a really cute bottle, Saucish is just too thick to be a sauce and isn’t quite a relish which is why it’s called Saucish. Long, slow cooking gives Saucish its special rich flavour and delicious depth of taste enhanced by smoked paprika.
It’s been a long time in development but it was worth the wait and as with all jules & sharpie products, Saucish is versatile and moreish. Try Saucish and sardines, Saucish and sausages (difficult to say but delightful to eat). A spoonful of Saucish goes with cheese, chips, chipolatas or a proper English breakfast as well as roast vegetables, shepherds pie, fish pie (but probably not apple pie). Stuck for a pasta sauce? Saucish to the rescue.

2013 - a glorious year - our 50th Birthday
Thursday Cottage was started exactly 50 years ago in 1963 and we will be celebrating our Birthday all year. From humble beginnings in a thatched cottage in Somerset making a tiny range of preserves, we now make hundreds of different products for a wide range of customers, both at home and abroad. Thankfully some things don't change and we still cook in small batches and handfill our jams and marmalades.
