We have introduced three delicious honeys to our range of products. The honey is packed to our specification by an independent honey specialist in the Cotswolds that sources the finest honey from around the world.

Honey is full of protein and, as the honey we choose is not over-filtered, the pollen content and delicate flavours are retained.

Cut Comb in Acacia Honey

When the acacia trees come into blossom, farmers in the Danube Basin in Eastern Europe move their bee hives to the edge of the forest so their bees can feast on the pollen. They produce this delicately flavoured pale honey which we sell with a piece of pure honeycomb cut and immersed in the honey - truly delicious!

Orange Blossom Honey (clear)

Bee keepers in Spain, Mexico, California and Florida are paid by farmers to place their bee hives in the middle of their orange orchards so that bees will do the important job of pollinating their trees. The honey they produce has a subtle orange note.

Lime Blossom Honey (set)

Bees collecting the pollen from the blossom of lime trees - not lime fruit trees - in Eastern Europe produce this honey with a light citrus note. By carefully 'seeding' the honey to make it crystalise into a smooth set form, it's the ideal consistency for spreading on your toast at breakfast!
