September 2012 - Great Taste Gold

Yet again, the team at Thursday Cottage showed that they do a great job in producing lovely food. This year we won 6 Great Taste Awards, a record.

This makes a total of 20 awards in the last five years. In 2010, our Damson Coulis was awarded three gold stars and was named as the Best Regional Speciality Product in East Anglia and the Midlands.

The Damsons we use are the Shropshire Prune and perhaps the product is best summed up by one of the judges comments "These guys know their damsons!"
