The factory is based on Trewlands Farm in the heart of the North Essex countryside just south of Colchester. Trewlands Farm has about 30 acres of organic stone fruit consisting of damson, victoria plum and greengage. Where possible, we source our fruit from UK based growers but due to the wide range of products we make, a great deal comes from growers elsewhere. Our oranges are Spanish and our apricots are Moroccan for example.

We prepare, cook and fill our jars by hand. Hand filling helps keep fruit whole and makes, we believe, for the very best finished product.
