The Trewlands Range

Thursday Cottage has always been known for its ‘specials’: ideas that Pam has had, suggestions from customers, seasonal jams, that kind of thing.

We’ve grouped all of these products together under the ‘Trewlands’ range. Here you’ll find flavours such as chilli jam and the glorious strawberry with black pepper.

The Melba Sauce Range

When our US distributor asked if we could make Melba sauce, we had to resort to some old cookery books to find out more.
We’ve produced an authentic Melba sauce with raspberry and red currant juice, and added two more flavours to a range that’s ideal for puddings, and as an ice cream topping too.
