Thursday Cottage will have a taste and buy stand at the Food & Drink Festival at Cressing Temple where you can taste curds and chutneys, jams and marmalades while talking to the people who help to make them. You may spot the special show offer.

Celebrity chefs James Martin and Nadiya Hussain will be demonstrating at the Festival and there will be fun at the “social kitchen” and lots of talk about food and wine. Producers from across East Anglia will be sharing their amazing food and when you have almost eaten too much you can explore the walled garden and admire the structure of the historic timber framed barns build in the 13th century, reported to be the oldest in Europe.

Thursday Cottage will be sharing the “Local Marquee” with other Essex producers in the marquee sponsored by Chelmsford Star Co-op – do come and meet us.
