February is here!

We were delighted to see Dan Fauzi’s report on “The Best English and British Honeys” in Countryfile magazine as he included Thursday Cottage’s English Borage Honey in his final selection.  He commented that we had been careful not to over-filter the honey which helps retain the flavour.

In early summer the fields in England are ablaze with the vivid blue borage flowers that attract the bees who make our honey.  As Dan says: Thursday Cottage’s English Borage Honey is ideal for all kinds of baking or as a sweet topping and we also enjoy it on hot buttered toast with a banana.
