Success for Thursday Cottage Curds
Great British Food Awards have just announced the shortlist for Britain’s Sweet Preserves 2018 which features two Thursday Cottage Curds in the finals chosen from a huge number of entries.
Thursday Cottage’s Lemon Curd and Cherry Curd were placed on the shortlist by the judges. Congratulations to our cooks who make small batches of these very special curds.
