We simmer our Organic Lemon Curd for a longer period of time than most to make sure it is as silky and creamy as is can possibly be.

We include the tiny pieces of lemon zest in our Organic Lemon Curd to give it that extra zingy flavour.

Use as a spread or add to whipped cream as a filling for a sponge

Each jar is carefully hand poured in small batches by our cooks. The beautifully natural taste of our organic fruit coupled with our traditional hand-pouring methods means you really can taste the difference in the extra quality.
